Precision Leak Detection, Inc. is seeking a highly-motivated technician to perform leak detections & repairs on pools, spas, domestic and/or commercial water, sewer, and gas lines.
PRIMARY FUNCTION
The qualified technician will be mechanically inclined, using plumbing system knowledge to perform leak detections on pools, spas, domestic and/or commercial water, sewer, and gas lines. Additionally, the technician will perform various types of plumbing repairs & troubleshooting systems.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform leak detections on pools, spas, domestic/commercial water, sewer, and gas lines
- Prepare detailed leak detection finding reports & prepare estimates for repairs
- Perform plumbing related repairs
- Travel to residential & commercial properties to perform leak detections & repairs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Abide by all company policies and safety standards
- Be responsible for taking home a company vehicle
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
- High School diploma, GED, or higher
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Knowledge of pool, spa, and/or home plumbing
- Computer knowledge
- Good communication, writing, & grammar skills
- Able to lift and move 80 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Work independently & in a team atmosphere
- Neat & professional appearance
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS A PLUS:
- Competency or familiarity with various forms of electronic leak detection equipment
- Current SCUBA dive certificatiion or physical ability to become SCUBA certified
- Fluent in a foreign language
